I have to be honest with you all before you get suckered into myths and fairy tales. This whole pregnancy thing is a bit rubbish. I mean, I know it's supposed to be a good thing but I'm infinitely tired, constantly hungry and feeling a bit bipolar. I'm also starting to think that my boss and my husband are is terrified of me. In fact, he's taken to leaving things on my desk just so he can avoid talking to me all together. It's a bit obscene if you ask me. I only started crying once! It wasn't even that big of a deal. Okay - maybe it was but honestly he was out of line. He said Sophella Ridgewood could handle some of my paperwork if I felt overwhelmed. No one is going to do my job but me! I don't know what he was thinking. I'm pregnant not completely brain dead. A well-informed and properly trained toddler could handle my work load.
I have another Healer's Appointment tomorrow at 09:30 am. I'm sort of intrigued to see how the little bugger has been developing! It better be bigger than it was last time. It looked more like a sea monkey than a embryo. Dad thinks I'm starting to show. He swears he sees a hint of a belly but I don't really see it yet. I think it's wishful thinking. My clothes are starting to feel mildly uncomfortable. I guess in a few more weeks I'll have to allow my Mother-in-Law to take me shopping.

It's Saturday which is amazing in all aspects of the word. I have some shopping to do but I'm more than content to just sit around the house and read. You could call that lazy. I call that doing what makes me happy. I can always go shopping tomorrow. It's not that big of a deal. Killer is being really cute at the moment. I've discovered that if you scratch his tummy, he'll lay and be docile. I think Othello more than a bit jealous. He's off playing with one of his catnip toys from Christmas.
Obviously, I have some 'Thank You' notes to get out. This time it's for Christmas presents. I feel like I will never be done with them. I just finished yesterday (it feels like) with ones from our wedding.
Today I'm in the mood for shrimp and limes.
